This is something I drew over three years ago. I recently dug out of my old files. It's a piece that I have always liked and wanted to finish off somehow.

Originally, the idea was for this to remain a predominantly black and white image with the use of some spot colors. I tried playing around to see what it would look like in full color, but went back to the limited palette after not being satisfied with it.

SIZE: 10" x 15" (original) reduced to comic book size; 6.875" x 10.3125"
PROCESS: Penciled, inked, then colored in Photoshop

Awesome. It's really sharp for something that was done on paper to start with. Or did you ink it in photoshop as well as colour it? It looks almost vectorised.

It has been mentioned before (not here) that my work looks like it was digitally inked. I take it as a compliment, but I can assure you that it is not. I used Pigma pens on this piece to ink it. I do not, however, use Pigma pens anymore. I have switched over to using Copic pens.
